- We elevated our service quality by introducing premium 3M product-based service, bringing a noticeable upgrade in finish, durability, and detailing precision. This move wasn’t just about adding a new service, it was about reinforcing our commitment to delivering a superior, long-lasting car care experience that customers can clearly see and value.
- We have made customer communication easier by launching a WhatsApp broadcasting channel, which has made interactions simpler, faster, and more transparent, customers can now book a service instantly by just sending a “Hi” on Whatsapp, making the entire experience frictionless and more accessible.
- We partnered with local influencers who genuinely experienced and shared our services with their audience. Their authentic storytelling helped us build credibility and connect with a wider, highly relevant audience, allowing new customers to discover us through voices of the influencers they already trust.
- We also experimented with a more creative way of reaching out to customers by designing wheel-shaped leaflets that could be placed on car doors. The idea was simple , when someone opens their car, they’re greeted with something relevant, thoughtful, and hard to miss. It was a small but impactful step toward making our brand more visible.
As a result of these combined efforts, we achieved a 2X growth in our customer base within April.
